Acted as a Registered Foreign Agent representing Hong Kong's trading interests in the Northeast United States (thirteen states plus the District of Columbia). Managed a staff of thirteen to organize commercial participation at trade shows; consult US and HK traders and journalists; and receive, process and respond to specific trade enquiries. Planned, prepared and implemented the Annual Trade Promotion Programme, with an annual budget of over US$1.5 million and accountable for an office operating budget of similar size.
